Private Access
LogicPlum operates on a private-access basis.
We engage with a limited number of operators, family offices, and institutions where system design carries long-term responsibility.
This page exists to clarify what requesting access does — and does not — imply.
What Requesting Access Means
Requesting private access initiates a structured review, not a sales process.
We evaluate whether the underlying problem requires capital-grade system design, whether governance responsibility is clearly owned, and whether an engagement would be appropriate.
Many requests do not proceed beyond this stage.
What It Does Not Mean
Requesting access does not guarantee availability, engagement, or prioritization.
It does not initiate a proposal process, pricing discussion, or timeline commitment.
It does not initiate a proposal process, pricing discussion, or timeline commitment.
Confidentiality
All access requests are handled confidentially.
Information shared during initial discussions is not reused, distributed, or referenced outside the review context.
Discretion applies regardless of whether an engagement proceeds.
Appropriate Contexts
Private access is intended for contexts where system failure would create durable consequences.
This includes capital allocation environments, operational decision systems, and long-lived platforms where governance cannot be retrofitted.
